Treasurer’s Report – Debby – Total Bank Balance for March is $10,956.38 (total for both accounts)

Motion to accept the minutes of last month’s meeting by Nicole Wuestefeld, second by Jim Kinnett.

Membership – Nick is in SBA PPP Training – wants everyone who may need assistance to reach out to him

BABA Mail Box – Kim was able to secure a new PO Box for BABA at her location

                – New Address will be: 24048 Stateline Rd, Suite 103, Bright, IN  47025

Golf Outing

                – Outing date has been moved to Monday, June 15th but still open to change if needed

                                – No Covid-19 cases yet for their funeral home

                                – Using Microsoft Teams for communication

                                – Having issues with delivery on the East Coast

                                – Busy via virtual communications

                                – Most meetings are with ZOOM

                                – Hosting conferences on Mondays

                                – Utilizing WebEx as much as possible (ZOOM is not allowed on our platforms)
