Priority of Business:
- Secure sponsorships
- Secure gift baskets, door prizes, and giveaways
- November and December are key times for businesses budgeting and tax planning purposes.
- Hidden Valley will allow the use of their facility for meetings and planning.
- Jeannette will coordinate contact information for Gage and Amy to contact volunteers for planning.
Discussion on venues:
- The event has been close to break even in the past couple of years
- The past two years have been short two teams, which would contribute to the decline in event revenue.
- Other venues may be more economical since Hidden Valley requires the purchase of one meal.
- Breakfast in the form of coffee, juice and donuts seems to be acceptable for the morning &
- The grab & go lunch is economical and convenient to lessen the time at the event
- The location is centrally situated for the convenience of teams participating.
