Several members of the Bright Area Business Association were present when a check for $465 was presented to the Bright Fire & EMS.
This represented 100{7b8c989abf756bf7ce1f89de0a7bd15766f0afcab20f44905b10f83f92dee193} of the proceeds from the dunking booth at the Festival. It was a wonderful opportunity for BABA members and the community to work together to show their support. We had over 20 volunteers involved in the Dunking Booth.
A special thanks goes to Diane Bender, Logan Supermart for coordinating the the booth, volunteers and membership drive. Diane was at the booth the entire 2 days to make sure everything went as planned. Her dedication made for a smooth transition between volunteer shifts. It took a lot of people to make the Festival a success in raising funds for the Fire & EMS, publicizing the Bright Area Business Association and obtaining new members. Thanks everyone who volunteered and those who participated by throwing balls at our volunteers in the dunking booth!
