Balance of the Baba Accounts: Civista – $13,125.00 First Financial – $3,635.34 We are also expecting $1,500 dollars that will be put into the First Financial Account, and we have one check outstanding for $116.00.
Golf Outing -Jim & Lonny
Trending to 80+ golfer, still looking for more. Will continue to register foursomes up until the day of the outing, Still in need of “Day of” volunteers (list was passed around for volunteers), Still need gift baskets for giveaways. Primary Sponsors are for the full year, not just for the Golf Outing
Next month’s meeting will be on June 12 at 6:30pm at ‘The Forge’ Restaurant. Appetizers will be provided; Drinks and food will be available for purchase.
We will be placing a Beacon ad for the Bright Festival edition (August) which will be paid for by BABA. All paid members will be included in the ad which comes out mid-July. Logos will be taken from the BABA directory do please make certain that your listing on the BABA Webpage is correct and/or make any necessary changes soon, if necessary. Tamara will convert any low resolution logos to high resolution for the ad.
We are still looking for a fund raiser event set for September/October. Anyone interested in the planning of this event. Please contact Debby Stutz by end of this month.

Jim Kinnett – Work Force Development through the Harrison Chamber is hosting an event to highlight local talent and generate Internships and Apprenticeships with local businesses to attract local workforce talent. They would like to connect with resources at East Central HS as well to get the word out for opportunities available to them in the local community.
Jamie Osborn – East Central HS is selling ads for next year’s Year Book. She had fliers available
