Stellar Pathways/Bright Meadows Park
Stellar Pathways has requested feedback about the proposed upgrades for Bright Meadows Park. We are adding this information to the newsletter. Comments should be sent in no later than the end of January.
A packet was distributed which contained excerpts from the 104 page report provided by the research conducted by the Stellar Pathways group. Members may obtain the full report via email request to info@brightareabusinesses.com.
This park covers 18.614 acres and has a large number of activity areas. Its amenities include:
- two little league baseball diamonds
- one multi-purpose field used primarily for youth football practice
- parking in three designated areas
- playground equipment
- two shelters
- warm weather restrooms
♦ Jay Knowles proposed widening of the Einsel Road entrance for safety reason to allow safe passage of pedestrians to and from the park. Additionally, to add pedestrian crosswalks with lights to enable safe crossing on State Line road.
Additional comments will be included in the submission if received by 1/26/2026 you may email info@brightareabusinesses.com
Member Shout Outs
A new member benefit for 2026 will be weekly member shout outs via the BABA Facebook page. Board member and Marketing Guru Sara Uhlenbrock-Heath has upped the BABA presence on Facebook and has volunteered to add this new benefit to our members.
To facilitate the accuracy of information Sara has created a Member Questionnaire, which will be available on the next BABA Newsletter, on the Facebook page and through the BABA website Member Benefits hyperlink at “Member showcase at website and Facebook”.
Shout-Outs will be given precedence via the following criteria:
- Monthly meeting attendees
- Member Questionnaire submission date
We encourage you to like and share on Facebook to help increase traffic.
Member Spotlights
Another great benefit of your membership…We try to hold quarterly Member Spotlights. If you do not have a brick and mortar, you may present at the Bright Lion’s Club or you may have a tour and presentation of your business. Please download and complete the Member Questionnaire and email to info@brightareabusinesses.com. We will promote your business through the BABA website and Facebook.
